SurVaxM + temozolomide

SurVaxM + temozolomide is a combination investigational therapy developed primarily for adult patients with newly diagnosed glioblastoma. **SurVaxM** is a synthetic, conjugated, multi-epitope peptide vaccine designed to induce an immune response against **survivin** (BIRC5), an inhibitor of apoptosis protein overexpressed in most glioblastoma cells and many other cancers. SurVaxM stimulates both CD4+ and CD8+ T-cell responses targeting survivin, resulting in potential antitumor activity. **Temozolomide** is an oral alkylating agent that methylates DNA, leading to tumor cell death by interfering with DNA replication and transcription.
