SYHA1813 + cisplatin is an experimental combination therapy comprised of SYHA1813, a potent, orally bioavailable small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor targeting vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFR-1, VEGFR-2, VEGFR-3) and colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor (CSF1R), and cisplatin, a platinum-based chemotherapeutic agent. SYHA1813 exhibits anti-angiogenic and immunomodulatory effects by blocking VEGFR-dependent neovascularization and CSF1R-driven macrophage-mediated mechanisms. Cisplatin intercalates DNA to induce apoptosis. The combination is under investigation for synergistic antitumor activity, particularly in high-grade gliomas and selected solid tumors.
