Overview

**SYHA1813 + HB1801** is an experimental combination therapy under clinical investigation for advanced solid tumors and potentially other cancers. **SYHA1813** is a potent multikinase inhibitor targeting **vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFRs)** and **colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor (CSF1R)**, which can inhibit tumor angiogenesis and modulate the tumor microenvironment[1]. **HB1801** is an **albumin-bound formulation of docetaxel** (a chemotherapeutic agent from the taxane family), designed to enhance docetaxel's efficacy and tolerability. This combination leverages both antiangiogenic and cytotoxic mechanisms and is being explored in multi-cohort phase I/II trials for multiple advanced solid tumors[3]. Development is supported by CSPC Pharmaceutical Group, and studies are ongoing in China.
