SYHA1813 + SG001 is an investigational combination therapy composed of SYHA1813, an oral small-molecule multikinase inhibitor that selectively targets vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFR-1, VEGFR-2, VEGFR-3) and colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor (CSF1R), used for its antiangiogenic and immunomodulatory effects, and SG001 (also known as enlonstobart), a biological agent under clinical development, often in the context of combination protocols for solid tumors. This combination is being assessed in clinical trials for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, high-grade gliomas, small cell lung cancer, renal cell carcinoma, and other indications.
