Overview

SYM021 + SYM022 + SYM023 is a combination of three fully human monoclonal antibodies targeting different immune checkpoints: PD-1 (SYM021), LAG-3 (SYM022), and TIM-3 (SYM023). These antibodies are intended to act synergistically by blocking multiple immune inhibitory pathways on T-cells, thus enhancing antitumor immunity. The combination is being investigated primarily for advanced solid tumors and lymphomas, with the aim of increasing immune-mediated tumor cell killing. All three antibodies are under development by Symphogen and have been studied together in phase 1 trials for safety, tolerability, and preliminary anti-tumor activity.
