**Synthetic conjugated estrogens, B** is a defined oral estrogen-replacement product marketed under the brand name **Enjuvia**. It consists of a fixed 10-component blend of synthetic, water-soluble estrogen sulfate salts. After oral absorption, its estrogenic constituents activate estrogen receptors to replace diminished endogenous estrogen signaling after menopause.
