SYS6041 + enlonstobart + bevacizumab is an investigational triple combination therapy being developed by CSPC Megalith Biopharmaceutical, a subsidiary of CSPC Pharmaceutical Group, for the treatment of recurrent ovarian cancer. The regimen integrates three distinct therapeutic modalities: SYS6041, an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting Folate Receptor alpha (FRα) and carrying a cytotoxic payload (typically MMAE); enlonstobart (SG001), a monoclonal antibody targeting the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) receptor; and bevacizumab, a monoclonal antibody that inhibits vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A). This multi-mechanistic approach aims to enhance anti-tumor activity by combining direct ADC-mediated cytotoxicity, immune checkpoint blockade to restore T-cell function, and anti-angiogenic effects to disrupt tumor blood supply and improve drug delivery. The combination is currently under evaluation in an open-label, multicenter Phase II clinical study for patients with recurrent ovarian cancer, a population with significant unmet medical needs.
