Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SYS6043 + bevacizumab is an investigational combination regimen being developed by CSPC Megalith Biopharmaceutical (a subsidiary of CSPC Pharmaceutical Group) and its subsidiary Conjupro Biotherapeutics for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including gynecologic cancers such as platinum-resistant ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, and primary peritoneal cancer. The regimen combines SYS6043, a humanized monoclonal antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting B7-H3 (CD276) conjugated to a DNA topoisomerase I inhibitor payload, with bevacizumab, a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody that targets vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A). By combining the targeted cytotoxic delivery of the B7-H3 ADC with the anti-angiogenic effects of bevacizumab, the combination aims to achieve synergistic antitumor efficacy. The combination is currently being evaluated in Phase I/II clinical trials.
