Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SYS6090 + paclitaxel + platinum-based chemotherapy is an investigational combination therapy being developed by Shanghai JMT-Bio Inc. (a subsidiary of CSPC Pharmaceutical Group) for the treatment of advanced lung cancers, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and small cell lung cancer (SCLC). SYS6090 is a recombinant humanized anti-PD-1/IL-15 fusion protein designed to simultaneously block the PD-1/PD-L1 immunosuppressive pathway and activate the IL-15 pathway to enhance anti-tumor immune responses. Paclitaxel is a taxane-based microtubule-stabilizing agent, and platinum-based chemotherapy (such as cisplatin or carboplatin) acts as a DNA-damaging agent. This combination is currently being evaluated in a Phase Ib/II clinical trial (NCT06472647) specifically targeting cohorts such as driver gene-negative squamous non-small cell lung cancer (sqNSCLC).
