Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SYS6090 + SYS6010 is an investigational combination therapy being developed by Shanghai JMT-Bio Inc., a subsidiary of CSPC Pharmaceutical Group, for the treatment of advanced lung cancers, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and small cell lung cancer (SCLC). The regimen combines SYS6090, a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), with SYS6010, an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). SYS6010 is designed to target various EGFR mutations, including C797S, T790M, and exon 19 deletions, and utilizes a proprietary linker to deliver a cytotoxic topoisomerase I inhibitor payload directly to tumor cells. This combination aims to synergize the immune-restoring effects of PD-1 blockade with the targeted cytotoxic activity of the EGFR ADC to overcome resistance and improve outcomes in patients with advanced lung malignancies.
