TAK-279 + phenytoin refers to the concurrent administration of TAK-279, a highly selective oral allosteric inhibitor of tyrosine kinase 2 (TYK2), and phenytoin, a well-known antiepileptic and strong cytochrome P450 (CYP3A4) inducer.
