Overview

This is an investigational combination regimen comprised of **talquetamab**, **daratumumab**, and **lenalidomide**, being evaluated for the treatment of multiple myeloma. Talquetamab is a bispecific monoclonal antibody that engages T-cells to target GPRC5D-expressing plasma cells. Daratumumab is a monoclonal antibody targeting CD38 on myeloma cells, inducing cell death by direct cytotoxicity and immune modulation. Lenalidomide is an immunomodulatory small molecule enhancing immune cell activation and anti-tumor responses. The combination aims to simultaneously target distinct myeloma antigens and augment immune-mediated cytotoxicity for deeper and more durable responses in relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma[1][2][3][5][6].
