Drug intelligence / Profile preview
tambotatug pelitecan + serplulimab is an investigational combination therapy consisting of tambotatug pelitecan (also known as YL201 or RG6919), a B7-H3 (CD276)-directed antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), and serplulimab (HLX10), a humanized anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody. Tambotatug pelitecan utilizes a humanized anti-B7-H3 IgG1 monoclonal antibody conjugated to a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload (pelitecan, a camptothecin derivative) via a cleavable linker. Serplulimab is an approved immune checkpoint inhibitor targeting PD-1. The combination is designed to leverage the synergistic effects of ADC-mediated tumor cell cytotoxicity and immunotherapy-induced T-cell activation. It is currently being evaluated in a Phase 3 clinical trial (NCT07739758) as a first-line treatment for patients with treatment-naive extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC).
