**Tanezumab + nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug** is a combination therapy consisting of tanezumab, a recombinant humanized monoclonal IgG2 antibody targeting nerve growth factor (NGF), administered together with a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), such as naproxen or celecoxib. Tanezumab inhibits binding of NGF to its high-affinity receptor TrkA and low-affinity receptor p75, interrupting pain signaling pathways. NSAIDs reduce inflammation and pain primarily through inhibition of cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes.
