Overview

Tangshen'an is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulation used primarily for the management of diabetic nephropathy and related kidney complications. It is composed of multiple herbal ingredients, commonly including astragalus root (Astragalus membranaceus), rhubarb root (Rheum palmatum), and other botanicals traditionally believed to support kidney function, reduce proteinuria, and improve microcirculation.
