This is an experimental **combination therapy** consisting of three agents: - **Tarlatamab**, a bispecific T-cell engager monoclonal antibody approved for extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC). The combination (currently in clinical trial DeLLphi-310 and related studies), is being developed as an immunotherapy for ES-SCLC post-platinum chemotherapy, with a primary focus on safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy[3][6][9].
