Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TBC-F357 + TBC-F349 is a combination of two recombinant fowlpox virus (FPV) vaccines designed for HIV treatment. TBC-F357 encodes HIV env/gag proteins, while TBC-F349 encodes HIV tat/rev/nef-RT proteins. They are administered intramuscularly at a dose of 5 x 10^8 each construct as part of a prime-boost vaccination strategy, following initial priming with MVA (Modified Vaccinia Ankara) vaccines.
