This vaccine regimen consists of three distinct vaccines: a Tetanus-Diphtheria (Td) toxoid vaccine (manufactured by Merck Sharp & Dohme), the Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B combination vaccine (Twinrix, manufactured by GSK), and an oral inactivated cholera vaccine (Dukoral, manufactured by Valneva). This specific combination was utilized in a Phase I clinical study (NCT03240133), titled "Predictor of Vaccine Hyporesponse in Healthy Elderly," to develop biomarker-based prediction rules for vaccine response in healthy elderly subjects. The regimen provides active immunization against *Clostridium tetani*, *Corynebacterium diphtheriae*, Hepatitis A virus, Hepatitis B virus, and *Vibrio cholerae*.
