Tedopi (OSE2101) is a neo-epitope-based cancer vaccine designed to stimulate a specific cytotoxic T-lymphocyte response against tumor cells. It consists of 10 optimized neo-epitopes selected from five tumor-associated antigens: carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2/neu), tumor protein P53 (P53), melanoma-associated antigen 2 (MAGE-2), and melanoma-associated antigen 3 (MAGE-3). These antigens are frequently overexpressed in various solid tumors. The vaccine is specifically restricted to HLA-A2 positive patients, as the epitopes are designed to be presented by this specific human leukocyte antigen. Tedopi is being developed by OSE Immunotherapeutics and is being evaluated as a maintenance therapy in several indications, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and ovarian cancer, often in combination with immune checkpoint inhibitors such as pembrolizumab.
