Overview
The combination of **telaglenastat + pomalidomide + dexamethasone** is an investigational regimen studied for treatment of relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM). **Telaglenastat** is a selective, noncompetitive inhibitor of glutaminase 1 (GLS1), designed to disrupt glutamine metabolism and mitochondrial energy production in cancer cells. **Pomalidomide** is an immunomodulatory agent (IMiD) that exerts anti-myeloma effects by modulating the immune environment and inhibiting angiogenesis. **Dexamethasone** is a synthetic glucocorticoid corticosteroid that suppresses inflammation and supports anti-myeloma activity when used in combination. The regimen aims to target multiple pathways critical to myeloma cell survival and proliferation.
