telaprevir + darunavir + ritonavir + fosamprenavir

This is a combination of four antiviral medications that have been studied for potential interactions. Telaprevir is an NS3/4A protease inhibitor used for treating chronic Hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotype 1 infection. Darunavir, ritonavir, and fosamprenavir are HIV protease inhibitors used in antiretroviral therapy for HIV infection. Studies have shown significant drug interactions between these medications, with ritonavir-boosted darunavir and fosamprenavir reducing telaprevir concentrations, and telaprevir reducing darunavir and fosamprenavir levels. Due to these bidirectional interactions, co-administration is not recommended.
