TER-2013 + fulvestrant is an **experimental combination therapy** under clinical investigation for **advanced solid tumors with AKT/PI3K/PTEN pathway alterations**, including certain types of breast, lung, ovarian, endometrial, esophageal, cervical, and head or neck cancers. TER-2013 is being studied as both a monotherapy and in combination with fulvestrant.
