**Tetanus toxoid + diphtheria toxoid + inactivated poliovirus vaccine** is a combination vaccine that induces active immunity against tetanus (caused by *Clostridium tetani* toxin), diphtheria (caused by *Corynebacterium diphtheriae* toxin), and poliomyelitis (caused by poliovirus types 1, 2, and 3).
