Overview

**TF(c)-KLH** is an investigational synthetic carbohydrate-conjugate cancer vaccine developed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center for biochemically relapsed prostate cancer. It comprises a clustered synthetic Thomsen-Friedenreich antigen containing three TF disaccharides displayed on three sequential threonines and chemically conjugated to keyhole limpet hemocyanin. Administered with the saponin adjuvant QS21 in clinical testing, it was intended to induce TF-specific IgM and IgG antibody responses against the tumor-associated Thomsen-Friedenreich glycan expressed by malignant prostate cells.
