Overview
An all-oral combination regimen consisting of thalidomide, cyclophosphamide, and prednisone. This combination therapy is used primarily for treating hematological disorders including idiopathic multicentric Castleman disease (iMCD), peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL), and multiple myeloma. The regimen works through multiple mechanisms: thalidomide inhibits angiogenesis and modulates inflammatory cytokines, cyclophosphamide destroys rapidly dividing cells, and prednisone enhances chemotherapy effectiveness.
