A combination therapy consisting of thalidomide and vinorelbine. Thalidomide is an immunomodulatory agent that inhibits angiogenesis and has anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties. Vinorelbine is a semi-synthetic vinca alkaloid that interferes with tubulin polymerization, disrupting mitosis in cancer cells. This combination has been studied primarily for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
