Drug intelligence / Profile preview
The Chaeum + Lidocaine (also known as The Chaeum Premium) is a monophasic, cross-linked hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler developed by Hugel. It contains HA at a concentration of 20-24 mg/ml and 0.3% lidocaine hydrochloride to minimize patient discomfort during injection. The product utilizes a proprietary low-temperature cross-linking technology to minimize BDDE (1,4-butanediol diglycidyl ether) residues, ensuring a high safety profile. It is indicated for the temporary improvement of facial wrinkles and for central facial volume augmentation. The product line includes various formulations (Premium 1, 2, 3, and 4) with different viscosities and cross-linking rates to target specific treatment depths, from fine lines to deep folds and facial contouring.
