Thiocolchicoside + paracetamol is a fixed-dose combination small molecule drug used to treat acute pain associated with muscle spasms and various musculoskeletal conditions. Thiocolchicoside is a semi-synthetic derivative of colchicine that acts as a muscle relaxant by functioning as a GABA-A receptor agonist and glycine receptor antagonist in the central nervous system, thereby reducing muscle stiffness and spasms.
