TILT-123 + avelumab

**TILT-123 + avelumab** is a combination therapy consisting of **TILT-123 (igrelimogene litadenorepvec)**, an oncolytic adenovirus engineered to express the human cytokines tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFα) and interleukin-2 (IL-2), and **avelumab**, a monoclonal antibody checkpoint inhibitor targeting PD-L1. TILT-123 selectively infects and lyses cancer cells, releasing immunogenic molecules and cytokines into the tumor microenvironment, which both directly kill tumor cells and recruit and activate T cells, thereby “heating up” immune-cold tumors.
