Overview

**Tiotropium + olodaterol** is a once-daily inhaled fixed-dose dual bronchodilator for maintenance treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. It combines tiotropium, a long-acting muscarinic antagonist that reduces cholinergic bronchoconstriction, with olodaterol, a long-acting beta2-adrenergic agonist that relaxes airway smooth muscle. The combination is delivered as a soft-mist inhalation solution through the Respimat inhaler and is marketed by Boehringer Ingelheim under brands including Stiolto Respimat and Spiolto Respimat. It is intended for long-term maintenance therapy rather than rescue treatment of acute bronchospasm and is not indicated for asthma.
