Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Combination of **tiragolumab** and **daratumumab**. Tiragolumab is a fully human monoclonal antibody targeting T-cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains (TIGIT), which acts as an immune checkpoint inhibitor, enhancing anti-tumor immune responses. Daratumumab is a human monoclonal antibody that targets CD38, a glycoprotein highly expressed on multiple myeloma cells, resulting in direct and immune-mediated cytotoxicity. The combination is under investigation for its potential synergistic immunotherapy effect, notably in hematologic malignancies such as multiple myeloma. This combination is being explored for its capacity to modulate the immune microenvironment and increase anti-tumor efficacy through dual checkpoint and cytotoxic targeting.
