Drug intelligence / Profile preview
The combination regimen of **tislelizumab + anlotinib + etoposide + carboplatin** is an investigational chemo-immunotherapy and anti-angiogenic treatment strategy primarily evaluated for extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC). This multi-drug regimen combines tislelizumab, a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1); anlotinib, an oral multi-targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor that suppresses tumor angiogenesis and proliferation by inhibiting VEGFR, FGFR, PDGFR, and c-Kit; and standard platinum-doublet chemotherapy consisting of etoposide (a topoisomerase II inhibitor) and carboplatin (a DNA alkylating agent). By simultaneously targeting immune evasion, tumor vascularization, and DNA replication, this combination aims to achieve synergistic anti-tumor activity and overcome therapeutic resistance in aggressive thoracic malignancies. It is currently being investigated in Phase II clinical trials, including the biomarker-integrated BUTTONS-001 umbrella study.
