Drug intelligence / Profile preview
tislelizumab + anlotinib + platinum-based chemotherapy is a combination regimen being evaluated for the perioperative treatment of resectable non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The regimen consists of tislelizumab, a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) receptor to enhance T-cell mediated anti-tumor immunity; anlotinib, a multi-targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor that provides antiangiogenic effects by inhibiting VEGFR, FGFR, PDGFR, and c-Kit; and a platinum-doublet chemotherapy backbone (such as cisplatin or carboplatin combined with pemetrexed or paclitaxel). This therapeutic approach, investigated by Tangdu Hospital, aims to improve pathological complete response (pCR) rates by combining immune checkpoint inhibition, antiangiogenesis, and cytotoxic chemotherapy in the neoadjuvant setting, followed by adjuvant immunotherapy.
