Drug intelligence / Profile preview
A combination therapy consisting of tislelizumab (an anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody), carboplatin (a platinum-based chemotherapy), and pemetrexed (an antifolate antineoplastic agent). This regimen is primarily used for the treatment of advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Tislelizumab is specifically engineered to minimize binding to FcγR on macrophages, which enhances its anti-tumor activity. In clinical trials, this combination has demonstrated significantly improved progression-free survival compared to chemotherapy alone.
