This entry describes a non-existent combination of a four-drug oncology regimen and a pandemic influenza vaccine. The oncology component consists of **tislelizumab** (an anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody), **cisplatin** and **gemcitabine** (standard chemotherapy agents), and **trilaciclib** (a CDK4/6 inhibitor used to protect bone marrow from chemotherapy-induced toxicity). This specific combination has been investigated for the treatment of advanced urothelial carcinoma (e.g., NCT04863248). The second component, **Medicago-influenza (H5N1)**, refers to a plant-based virus-like particle (VLP) vaccine adjuvanted with aluminium hydroxide, developed by Medicago for the prevention of H5N1 pandemic influenza. There is no clinical or biological rationale for combining these two distinct therapeutic interventions into a single regimen. Medicago ceased operations in early 2023, and development of the H5N1 vaccine was discontinued.
