tislelizumab + fruquintinib + metronidazole

This is a combination regimen of three drugs: tislelizumab, fruquintinib, and metronidazole. Metronidazole is an antibiotic and antiprotozoal agent that disrupts DNA synthesis in anaerobic bacteria and certain protozoa; its inclusion may be intended to modulate the gut microbiome or manage infection risk during therapy. This combination is being investigated primarily for advanced or metastatic colorectal cancer with microsatellite stability or mismatch repair proficiency[1][2][3].
