Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Tislelizumab + recombinant human endostatin is a combination therapy being investigated for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Tislelizumab is a programmed cell death 1 (PD-1) antibody that functions as an immune checkpoint inhibitor. Recombinant human endostatin (also known as Endostar) is a multiple-target angiogenesis inhibitor that blocks proliferation and abnormal angiogenesis of tumor endothelial cells by limiting endothelial cell proliferation and migration and inducing endothelial cell apoptosis.
