Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Tislelizumab + regorafenib is a combination therapy that pairs tislelizumab, a humanized monoclonal antibody directed against PD-1, with regorafenib, a multi-targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor. This combination is being investigated primarily for the treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). The combination works by simultaneously blocking immune checkpoint inhibition (tislelizumab) and inhibiting multiple kinases involved in tumor angiogenesis and oncogenesis (regorafenib), potentially creating synergistic anti-tumor effects.
