Overview

A combination therapy consisting of two PD-1 inhibitors (tislelizumab and sintilimab), a tyrosine kinase inhibitor (lenvatinib), and a VEGF inhibitor (bevacizumab). This combination would theoretically target multiple cancer pathways simultaneously, including immune checkpoint inhibition and anti-angiogenesis.
