Overview

This is a combination investigational regimen consisting of **tisotumab vedotin**, **pembrolizumab**, and **cisplatin**, studied primarily for advanced or metastatic solid tumors including cervical cancer. Tisotumab vedotin is an **antibody-drug conjugate** targeting tissue factor, delivering the cytotoxic payload monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) to tumor cells, inducing cell-cycle arrest and apoptosis. Pembrolizumab is an **immune checkpoint inhibitor** (anti–PD-1 monoclonal antibody) that enhances immune response against cancer cells. Cisplatin is a **platinum-based chemotherapy** agent that crosslinks DNA, resulting in apoptosis of cancer cells. This combination is being evaluated primarily for recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer and other solid tumors, particularly when other lines of therapy have failed or are not suitable[2][3]. The regimen is not a marketed product but is used in trials as part of combination cohorts.
