This is a multi-component autologous cell therapy combination designed for regenerative medicine applications, most notably in orthopedics and wound healing. It combines **tissue stromal vascular fraction (tSVF)**, which is a freshly isolated heterogeneous cell population from adipose tissue containing mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), endothelial cells, and pericytes; **cultured stromal vascular fraction (cSVF)**, which consists of ex-vivo expanded adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) to increase the therapeutic dose of regenerative cells; and **platelet-rich plasma (PRP)**, which provides a concentrated source of autologous growth factors (such as PDGF, TGF-beta, and VEGF) to stimulate cell proliferation and tissue repair. The rationale for this combination is to leverage the immediate regenerative environment of tSVF, the high potency and cell count of cSVF, and the chemotactic and proliferative signals from PRP to enhance tissue regeneration and immunomodulation.
