Drug intelligence / Profile preview
tivunatamig + carboplatin + paclitaxel is an investigational combination regimen consisting of tivunatamig (PF-08634404 / SSGJ-707), a fully humanized bispecific tetravalent immunoglobulin G4 (IgG4) monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A), combined with the standard chemotherapeutic agents carboplatin (a platinum-based DNA cross-linking agent) and paclitaxel (a microtubule-stabilizing taxane). Developed by 3SBio (and its subsidiary Sunshine Guojian) and licensed globally (ex-China) to Pfizer, this combination is being evaluated as a first-line treatment for advanced solid tumors, including squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and advanced/recurrent endometrial cancer. By combining immune checkpoint inhibition and anti-angiogenesis with cytotoxic chemotherapy, the regimen aims to enhance anti-tumor immune responses, inhibit tumor vascularization, and directly induce tumor cell death.
