Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TJ004309 + atezolizumab is a combination investigational regimen of **uliledlimab (TJ004309)**, a novel, humanized monoclonal antibody targeting CD73, and **atezolizumab (Tecentriq)**, a PD-L1 checkpoint inhibitor monoclonal antibody. Uliledlimab inhibits the CD73-mediated conversion of AMP to adenosine, thereby reducing immunosuppression in the tumor microenvironment. Atezolizumab blocks the interaction of PD-L1 with PD-1 and B7.1, enhancing T-cell function and anti-tumor immunity. This combination is being developed for the treatment of advanced or metastatic solid tumors, with particular focus on patients who are refractory to or intolerant of standard therapies. The development is primarily led by TRACON Pharmaceuticals and I-Mab Biopharma[4][6].
