Overview

TJ107 + pembrolizumab is a combination therapy consisting of TJ107 and pembrolizumab. Pembrolizumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody that targets the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) receptor on T cells, blocking its interaction with PD-L1 and PD-L2 ligands. This blockade releases the inhibition on T-cell activity, enhancing immune-mediated tumor cell killing. Pembrolizumab is developed by Merck & Co and marketed under the brand name Keytruda; it is approved for multiple cancer indications including melanoma, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, classical Hodgkin lymphoma, urothelial carcinoma, renal cell carcinoma, colorectal cancer with microsatellite instability or mismatch repair deficiency, cervical cancer, gastric cancer, esophageal cancer, triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), biliary tract cancers (BTC), endometrial carcinoma (EC), and malignant pleural mesothelioma[3][4][5][7][8]. The mechanism of action for TJ107 is not established in the provided sources.
