TLC D-99 + ifosfamide

TLC D-99 + ifosfamide is a combination chemotherapy regimen consisting of non-pegylated liposomal doxorubicin (NPLD), also known as TLC D-99, and the alkylating agent ifosfamide. This combination has been investigated primarily as a first-line treatment for advanced or metastatic soft tissue sarcoma (STS).
