TLN-121 + TLN-254

**TLN-121 + TLN-254** is an experimental **combination therapy under investigation for relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin lymphomas**. TLN-121 is a small molecule BCL6 degrader designed to selectively remove BCL6, a protein used by lymphoma cells to silence genes that would otherwise block their growth and survival, while minimizing off-target toxicity. TLN-254 is a small molecule inhibitor of EZH2, a histone methyltransferase often overexpressed or mutated in cancer, which regulates gene expression critical to lymphoma progression. The combination is being explored for synergistic anti-tumor effects in various B-cell and T-cell lymphomas.
