TNO155 + ribociclib

TNO155 + ribociclib is a combination of two small molecule inhibitors evaluated for treatment of advanced solid tumors. **TNO155** is an oral, selective inhibitor of *SHP2* (Src homology region 2 domain-containing phosphatase-2), an intracellular phosphatase involved in the RAS/MAPK signaling pathway.
