Overview

tobemstomig + bevacizumab is a fixed combination therapy consisting of two monoclonal antibodies: tobemstomig (a bispecific antibody targeting PD-1 and TIM-3, currently in clinical development for solid tumors) and bevacizumab (a well-established humanized monoclonal antibody targeting vascular endothelial growth factor A). This combination is designed to exert dual immunomodulatory and anti-angiogenic effects, aiming to improve antitumor immunity and inhibit tumor blood vessel formation. Bevacizumab is approved for multiple solid tumors such as colorectal cancer, non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer, glioblastoma, renal cell carcinoma, ovarian cancer, and cervical cancer. The combination is under investigation for the treatment of solid tumors, including but not limited to hepatocellular carcinoma and other cancers where VEGF inhibition and immune checkpoint blockade may be synergistic.
