tofogliflozin + glp-1 analogue

A combination therapy of **tofogliflozin**, a selective sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitor, and a **glp-1 analogue (glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonist)**, used for the treatment of **type 2 diabetes mellitus** in patients with inadequate glycemic control on monotherapy. Tofogliflozin lowers blood glucose by inhibiting renal glucose reabsorption, leading to glucosuria.
