Tolododekin alfa + cetrelimab is an investigational, intratumorally administered combination therapy undergoing phase 1 evaluation for advanced solid tumors (including cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma and non-small cell lung cancer). Cetrelimab (JNJ-63723283) is a human monoclonal antibody that targets programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) to inhibit immune checkpoint pathways, thereby enhancing antitumor T-cell activity. The combination is intended to synergize immune activation (via anchored IL-12) and immune checkpoint inhibition (via PD-1 blockade), aiming for enhanced antitumor effects, especially in high-risk locally advanced or metastatic settings[2][5][6][7][10].
